K-Pop Isn't A Genre, It's A Way Of Life

Anyone who said those words must be a bit too fanatic. I've never said that, of course. K-Pop is just music. A genre of music that I happen to listen to everyday and follow each seconds. Okay, I know how that looks like. But I swear, it's not as bad as it seems to be. There are days that I feel like I fell out K-Pop as well. Not that it actually happen, of course. But yeah, I'm not a fanatic. When I have to talk about this topic, I always take so much time to think over and over about it. I'm not the kind of person who can easily talk about themselves, as you may already see from the lack of words I use for things I talk about in this blog than in my stories, if you had seen one. But this topic is just harder, I guess. I have no idea what I'm writing here, obviously. Well, I fell into K-Pop around five years ago. I refuse to elaborate further on how I fell into it. Let's just say that it's a long story. Anyway, for those of you who have no idea wh...

Best Friend Forever? (ew)

They say at one point in life you're gonna find your other half. Someone who's a total match with you and will love you in hard times and happy times. Someone who will love you unconditionally. Someone who you know is the 'one'. Of course, Ocha is not that person. Rosa Artia Wannee. I can't believe I'm going to dedicate a few paragraphs for this kid. She's seventeen now, just like me. And we've been good friends for more that half our lives. We met each other at kindergarten. When we were five or so. We didn't like each other at first sight. She almost threw a punch on me the moment she first laid eyes on me. I can't remember the reason, but I don't think the feeling was mutual since I have been that happy-go-lucky, innocent girl ever since I was a little girl. *puke* We fought a lot as little girls, but we would make up and forget about the fight the next day. We would just go everywhere together. Like literally. I would go to her ho...

How I Met My Uncle

It was very recent. Just a few days ago to be exact. I went to this place. It was crowded with people screaming. I met this guy. Who's very pretty, just like my 'kids'. He almost look like a kid too, a five years old kid, except for the fact that he's 31 years old and there is this somekind of sadness radiating from his eyes. His name is Kwon Jiyong, or more known as G-Dragon. Before you say that he's just another Korean guy that looks like a girl, you have to know that there are so many people who admire him. From Indonesian celebrities, for example, there are actress Rianti Cartwright, actress Raline Shah, actor Leon Dozan, singer Joshua Suherman, and many others. From athlete, there's badminton player, Jonathan Christie. From international celebrities there are singer Pharrel Williams, singer Justin Bieber, and fashion icon Karl Lagerfield. This shows that G-Dragon or Kwon Jiyong is not just some other random Korean guy singer, but he's a public ...

How I Met My Seven Kids

Just like any other mother and her children's first meeting, my first meeting with my seven kids was also not an accident. It was a fateful meeting. A sacred one, it could be said. One of the story that can make you tear up. It was beautiful. It was graceful. Okay, I should really stop this. First of all, they were not my kids. Obviously. I'm too young to be a mother, not to mention to have seven kids at the same time. And they were all older than me. They are this Korean boy group called iKON. There are seven of them. I like to call them my kids because they always act like a bunch of kids. That is basically how I adopted all seven of them in my imaginary world, of course. I'm not going to talk about them. Their names and other facts. You can easily search their name on Google. It was not what I want to talk about here. I want to talk about how I met all of them last year. On September 3rd, to be exact. Like I've said above, it was no coincidence that I met...
