Divina Commedia

Divina commedia is Latin words for divine comedy. This phrase became famous for the tittle of a long narrative, almost like a poem, by an Italian poet, Dante Alighieri. In his masterpiece, "Divina Commedia" talks about a journey in the afterlife. It was divided into Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso, a representative of Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven. This work showed how the medieval era's view of the after-life, created by the Western Church. In a deeper mean, "Divina Commedia" talks about a journey of a man to God, according to the Christian view. It was based mostly on Thomistic Philosophy and the Summa Theologica by Thomas Aquinas.

In my personal view, the phrase itself showed how life actually is. Life is the divines' comedy. Life is like a long and very complicated soap opera. Someone's got to be out there, laughing at how people fool theselves, strive hard to achieve success eventhough it was simply impossible to achieve. How human wants to be divine. Life is such a divine comedy. Life is just a big soap opera. A comedy show. Just like the "Saturday Night Life"show. It's just a comedy to laugh at.

This doesn't mean that you should stop working for your life, not at all. But instead, I'm trying to tell you that you should not regret anything. Life is a big comedy anyway. You shouldn't regret anything, not even for the things you missed. Take risks, either making choices or not making it at all. If you fail, laugh at it. Just the way that someone who's watching going to laugh at you. It's not an embarrassment since every single people out there also made a few themselves. You are not the only one the divines' are laughing at.

So, are you still scared of making choices or even not making any at all? Are you still scared of being laugh at? Then laugh at yourself first, because life is a comedy.

Bye <3

[WARNING: THIS POST GOING TO CONTAIN A LOT OF SPOILER ABOUT SOME REALLY OLD SURVIVAL PROGRAMS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE KNOWN THE RESULT EVEN BEFORE WATCHING THEM. Viewers discretion advised.] I don't really want to explain again how I fell in love with this group. Please just refer to this post for that not really important information. So, where do I start? Around August 2013, YG Entertaiment, one of the BIG 3 entertainment agency in South Korea, announced about their new survival program called "WIN: Who Is Next?". This program was launched to choose a group of male YG trainees that's going to debut as a boy band. This group will be YG's first boy band to debut after Big Bang seven years prior. In this survival program, they introduced two groups called Team A and Team B that are going to compete to debut as "Winner". They co...

The CLBK Philosophy

WARNING: There will be some Indonesian phrases in this blog content, you have been warned. So, here's the thing, I have a friend who recently got closer with their (I'm not gonna mention a specific gender in order to protect their identity) ex. They chatted through an application called LINE almost every day. They said it was just like how they used to. We, of course, including me, teases that friend of mine endlessly, saying, "Cieeee, CLBK nih CLBK nih." For your information, CLBK is an Indonesian phrase which actually is an acronym for 'Cinta Lama Bersemi Kembali'. It basically meant getting back with an ex. But that's not all, this CLBK phrase has another meaning which is a joke. 'Cebok Lama Bersih Kaga'. It basically saying that when you wash after you peed or pooed, you take a long time doing it, but it's not clean. Yes, very dirty and unhygienic. Also very very very (yes, I just put in a reference to Ideal of Idol's song...
